Meeting Members Where They are to Help Them Thrive in the Future

ASCRS is pleased to announce the 2020 Thriving Practice, regional meetings designed to provide practical, how-to solutions to help members adapt and flourish within an ever-changing environment. Ophthalmic leaders will share their experience and best-practice solutions, providing practical information that can immediately be applied to help participants create an action plan for future growth.

Created especially for residents and fellows, this intimate gathering is specifically designed to further professional development in the early career stage. The curriculum contains essential education to help young eye surgeons navigate the business of ophthalmology and to provide the foundational instruction necessary to advance refractive cataract surgical skills. Led by ASCRS thought leaders including members of the ASCRS Young Eye Surgeons Clinical Committee, this program is guaranteed to advance the business and clinical acumen of young eye surgeons.
